Summer 2018 is shaping up nicely for Bitcoin.com. Over the last few months, we’ve been through the Bitcoin Cash upgrade from 8 MB to a huge 32 MB, grown in people power and stress tested the system.
But, our crazy-skilled developer team over in Tokyo, Japan are celebrating for another reason this July. They just totaled a massive 2.5 million Bitcoin.com wallets created in just under a year. But, that in itself is a pretty tremendous feat too — Don’t you think?
This incredibly huge achievement comes prior to the one year anniversary of the Bitcoin network fork on August 1st, and under one year since the launch of the wallet on August 25, 2017. As a team, we like to celebrate every win, and 2.5 million feels right.
